A Six Sigma Black Belt with extensive experience in operational excellence, Will has helped organizations streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve profitability through data-driven decision-making and Lean methodologies. He has led numerous high-impact continuous improvement initiatives, applying Six Sigma principles to identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable solutions across manufacturing, logistics, and service industries. Will has a unique ability to analyze complex challenges and implement structured process changes.

Will is also currently a 2nd generation partner in family-owned enterprise GKW Business Solutions, a service organization focused on manufacturing improvements. In addition to his technical expertise, he is known for his leadership and team development skills. A graduate of Grand Valley State University with a degree in Business Management, he has developed a strong foundation in leadership, organizational strategy, and process optimization.
