Dave Holtrop

Dave draws on more than 50 years of business experience to serve his clients. He has held several different leadership positions within industry and the non-profit sector, and enjoys sharing his expertise with those who share a passion for continuous improvement. Durable goods manufacturing, distributing, food and beverage, commercial insurance, and sales agencies have all been significant clients.

Dave enjoyed a 35 year career with Steelcase, the world’s leading supplier of office environments, an international corporation with over $2.5 billion in annual sales. He was the Sourcing leader for all Steelcase North American operations, including more than a dozen manufacturing facilities. Dave directed $600 million of spending with 390 suppliers across a wide variety of commodities.

As a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM), David has achieved lifetime member status with the National Association of Purchasing Managers (NAPM), and has been a featured speaker at national conferences and with various local chapters.
