Andy Holtgreive
Andy has a talent for fostering and cultivating relationships that inspire connection to a greater purpose. He is a charismatic, big picture thinker who visualizes creative ideas and solutions. His helpfulness is engaging, and his enthusiasm is contagious!
Andy’s professional experience includes nearly two decades in the insurance and financial services industries. On the insurance side, he has employee benefit credentials as an account executive with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, UnitedHealthcare and a consultant with private insurance broker Hylant, where he developed corporate benefit plans and implemented open enrollments for small and middle market companies. In the finance sector, Andy applied his benefits experience working with community banks across the Midwest designing and administering supplemental executive retirement programs.
In the consulting arena, Andy is a strong communicator and empathetic listener who understands how to maintain relationships while holding others accountable. In addition to leading his own successful music enterprise, he spent four years leading a sales team of 30 people in five regions with responsibilities for market strategy, leadership development, and professional coaching. Andy is a team player who innately understands group dynamics and thrives on the success of others.
Andy began his entrepreneurial journey 30 years ago as the founding member and leader for the indie rock band Domestic Problems. Within three years, he formed his first LLC responsible for producing seven full-length CDs of original music selling a combined total of 75,000 copies independently. For several years he enjoyed managing national tours, merchandising, and marketing campaigns. Today, he coordinates international musical distribution and you can find his music on Spotify. Andy has performed more than 1,500 shows (and counting).
Andy earned a dual major in Business Administration and Communication Arts from Aquinas College.
